Adds a new module for fakecloud, a free, open-source local AWS cloud emulator.
fakecloud runs on port 4566, and supports 14 AWS services: S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, IAM/STS, SSM, DynamoDB, Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch Logs, KMS, SES, and CloudFormation.
